Microsoft Windows goes live.com
Microsoft has launched a new search website as part of their web-based services windows users. Live.com is a clean design and hopes to keep Microsoft in the search engines wars. Now while live.com is as easy to remember as google.com, a clever move on Microsofts part, it may not be smooth sailing for the website.
The engine is the same as the MSN (search.msn.com) one, so no differences in the results as of yet. As regards the User Interface, however, they have introduced a fun looking way to navigate through the search results. It does look well as a design, but is a bit of a pain to use. After a few searches on the system, it get’s annoying. It may be a step in the right direction for the company though, as it promises windows users; more web-based features in the Future. DO
